AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, Ryzen 7 9700X “Zen 5” Spotted with 192 Core Epyc Turin CPU

AMD’s next-gen Zen 5 processors have been spotted on a shipping manifest. The leaked CPUs include a few Ryzen 9000 chips and several Epyc Turin “Classic” and Turin “Dense” SKUs. Let’s have a closer look at the consumer parts. Only two Granite Ridge processors are included in the manifest. These are likely the Ryzen 5 9600X (6 cores) and the Ryzen 7 9700X (8 cores) with a TDP of 105W and 170W, respectively.

On the server side, almost the entire Turin family, including the Zen 5 “Classic” and Zen 5c “Dense” variants. Both lineups leverage the SP5 socket with a TDP of 500W (cTDP: 1400W). The top-end Turin CPUs feature 192 cores for the Zen 5c “Dense” and 128 for the Zen 5 “Classic” variants. Internally, Turin is called Breithorn, so don’t confuse it for a different lineup.
