Elden PC System Requirements: Core i7-4770K/Ryzen 5 1500X + GTX 1060 6GB/RX 480 4GB Recommended

From Software has revealed the system requirements of its next major title, Elder Ring. Much like the Dark Souls trilogy, the hardware requirements for Elden Ring are rather timid. You’ll need an Intel Core i5-2500K and a GeForce GTX 770 to experience the game at low settings, and a Core i7-4770K/Ryzen 5 1500X paired with a GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB) or a Radeon RX 480 (4GB) for acceptable 1080p performance.

The game is slated to go on sale on the 21st of January, 2022 on both PC (Steam|EGS) and previous-gen and next-gen consoles (Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and PlayStation 5/4).

Elden Ring will have similar gameplay to Dark Souls, with customizable player characters, online multiplayer, and brutal combat. Going by the official info, the gameplay is expected to be more varied, combining magic and melee in addition to the armor type, as well as a deeper story. Whether that’s just marketing gibberish or reality remains to be seen.
