Watch AMD’s CES 2022 Keynote Live Now: Ryzen 6000, Ryzen 7000, and 5nm Zen 4 Core

AMD’s CES 2022 keynote is now live. Company CEO Dr. Lisa Su is slated to announce the next-gen Ryzen 6000 mobile processors, codenamed Rembrandt. Based on the Zen 3 core and the RDNA 2 graphics architecture, these APUs will offer gaming performance almost on par with entry-level discrete GPU solutions.

In addition to this, AMD is also going to share the first details regarding its Zen 3D (V-Cache) desktop processors, likely called the Ryzen 6000 chips. These SKUs will pair the existing Ryzen 5000 chips will 3D stacked L3 cache, increasing gaming performance by up to 30%. This should put them on par with Intel’s Alder Lake heavy-weights, if not outright beat them. Last but not the least, a few tidbits regarding the company’s next-gen Zen 4-based Ryzen 7000 processors, plus the AM5 socket should also surface.
