NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Listed for 5th Jan Launch, Likely to Cost $800-$900 with RTX 4080 12GB Specs [Rumor]

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti has been listed for the first time by an Italian retailer. Drako.it has posted a listing of the ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Ti TUF Gaming OC with the SKU code ’90YV0IJ0-M0NA00′. Based on the scrapped RTX 4080 12GB, this GPU will leverage the AD104-400 die with 7,680 cores across 60 SMs. The memory subsystem will consist of 48MB of L2 cache paired with 12GB of GDDR6X memory across a 192-bit bus for an external bandwidth of 504GB/s.

According to WCCFTech, the RTX 4070 Ti is planned for a 5th January launch, exactly one month from now. The price is unknown, but you can be sure it’ll cost nothing short of $800, a notch less than the RTX 4080 12GB.

In terms of performance, you can expect a delta of 20-30% between the RTX 4070 Ti and the 4080, similar to the drop going from the RTX 4090 to 4080. The RTX 4070 Ti will go up against AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 XT, set to launch later this December.
