Going by the comments, this is a memory bottleneck. The Raptor Lake chips feature a faster memory controller and memory, giving them a massive advantage in this title. The 12th and 13th Gen Core processors have a bandwidth of 93GB/s in intensive workloads, while the Ryzen 9 7950X is limited to 66GB/s. That’s a 50% bandwidth delta between the two, right in line with the performance gap.
