AMD’s RDNA 3 budget offerings may offer killer value if a new rumor is to be believed. According to “All The Watts”, the mid-range Navi 33 die will offer impressive gaming performance without breaking the bank. The Radeon RX 6600 XT launched earlier this year with a price tag of $379, offering roughly the same level of performance as the RX 5700 XT plus ray-tracing. Filling its shoes won’t be easy, but it looks like the RX 7600 XT will do it nicely.
The Radeon RX 7600 XT is said to be based on the Navi 33 die, along with the RX 7700 XT. Depending on how the core is utilized, we may get a ~$400 GPU comparable to the Radeon RX 6800, which launched at nearly $600. The RX 7600 XT will have a core count of around 2,560 with 12GB of GDDR6 memory across a 128-bit bus and 64MB L3 cache. The GPU clocks will supposedly peak out at 2.6GHz with a TBP of 150W.
