NVIDIA RTX 4060 Allegedly as Fast as the RTX 3070, 10% Pricier than the RTX 3060, Coming in June 2023 [Rumor]

NVIDIA is prepping its budget and midrange Lovelace offerings for a 1H 2023 release. Following the launch of the RTX 4090 and 4080, gamers are looking forward to more affordable next-gen GPUs. Info from the Chinese Weibo forums indicates that the GeForce RTX 4060 is coming next summer. Early estimates indicate it’ll be a marginal upgrade over the RTX 3060, offering roughly the same performance as the RTX 3070.

The core highlight will be the TBP which is allegedly as low as 150W, making it the most efficient x60 SKU since the GTX 960. Like the performance, the price will also take a little hike, close to 10%. Finally, as is the case with the RTX 4080 and 4090, DLSS 3 and improved ray-tracing grunt will be the key talking points of the RTX 4060. The GPU is expected to land in June 2023.
