NVIDIA RTX 4050 Mobile GPU Surfaces: Up to 33% faster than the RTX 3050 [Rumor]

NVIDIA is prepping its GeForce RTX 40 mobility GPUs for the next generation of gaming laptops. The entry-level RTX 4050 has been spotted over at PugetBench’s Premiere Pro benchmark database. With an overall score of 1,124, the GPU manages 57.5 points when paired with the 13th Gen Core i7-13700H. The chips are backed by high-end LPDDR5-6400 memory and a custom Samsung mainboard.

We’re almost certainly looking at the next iteration of the Samsung Galaxy Pro notebook. The Core i7-13700H is a 12700H rebrand packing 6P and 6E cores, 14 overall. The GeForce RTX 4050, with a score of 57.4 points, is roughly 25-33% faster than the notebook variant of the RTX 3050.

Considering that both Intel and AMD are aiming for a CES 2023 launch for their next-gen processor, it’s only fair that NVIDIA does the same. The GeForce RTX 4060 is allegedly launching in June, and the RTX 4070 Ti in early January.
