NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti Specs Confirmed: 4,864 Cores, 8GB VRAM and 256-bit Bus

A Geekbench listing of NVIDIA’s upcoming budget graphics card has surfaced, confirming the specs of the first Ti card in the lineup. All the specifications are in line with what we’ve heard up until now. (tramadol)

You’re looking at 38 SMs or 4,864 FP32 cores paired via a 256-bit bus to 8GB of GDDR6 memory. The frequency mentioned in this test is 1.67GHz which is likely what we’ll see at launch. In comparison, most of the higher-end Ampere cards top out at around 1.70GHz. So a 1.65-67GHz would make sense for the third most powerful GPU (not considering the 3090).
