NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti, 3060 to Get 6GB and 12GB VRAM: 3,584 and 3,584 Cores, Respectively

As per kopitekimi, a reputed source on NVIDIA Ampere leaks, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti will be based on the GA106 die with 3,584 FP32 cores and a TBP of around 150W. Although this wasn’t specified, it’s likely that the RTX 3050 Ti will leverage a 192-bit bus (or 160-bit in clamshell mode), with 6GB of GDDR6 memory.

The RTX 3060, on the other hand, will come with a 192-bit bus paired with 12GB of VRAM. In terms of the core count, we’re looking at 3,840 shaders and the same GA106 die as the RTX 3050 Ti. This time around there won’t be any GTX parts in the Ampere lineup, and every card should come with RT and Tensor cores, thereby supporting both H/W accelerated ray-tracing and DLSS. (Modafinil)

Considering that the RTX 3060 Ti is launching in December, the RTX 3050 Ti and 3060 will likely be announced in early 2021.
