NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080/ 3070/3060 Ti FE Prices Go Up Across Europe

NVIDIA has quietly hiked the prices of all the RTX 30 series Founder’s Edition graphics cards across the European market. Although this price increase isn’t that large, it does make the FE cards pricier than some of the better performing board partner models.

EVGA’s XC and FTW lineups are some good examples. While the RTX 3080 FE costs 719 Euros, the EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra Gaming which comes with a higher boost clock and considerably better thermals costs nearly 50 Euros less. Even the highest-end model from EVGA which is the FTW3 Ultra is priced a dozen Euros lower than the Founder’s Edition.

Even the budget-oriented GeForce RTX 3060 Ti which tops out at 389 Euros at EVGA’s EU store is priced 30 bucks higher at NVIDIA’s official website, making the FE variant rather overpriced.

This price hike seems to have come into effect across all of the EU including Germany, Netherlands, France, and Italy. The UK is an exception, but to be frank, the prices there were already quite high, with the RTX 3080 starting at 649 pounds.
