During its GeForce event, NVIDIA today announced the RTX 4070 Ti and the RTX 40 series mobile lineup. For the first time, we’ll be getting a 90-class GPU for notebooks. Alongside the RTX 4080, the RTX 4090 mobile will power the fastest gaming laptops on the planet. Starting at a hefty $1,999, these portable gaming powerhouses will power over 170 notebooks from all major OEMs.

The Ada Lovelace mobile GPUs will include the GeForce RTX 4090, RTX 4080, RTX 4070, RTX 4060, and RTX 4050. The lower-end SKUs will start at $999 and hit retail from the 22nd of February, 2023. The top-end RTX 4080/4090 designs will be available from the 8th of February. NVIDIA promises a 3x performance boost (including DLSS 3) with as little as a third of the power.

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti will launch on the 5th of January with a price tag of $799. NVIDIA promises RTX 3090 Ti-level performance at 1440p native, with DLSS 3 tripling the lead. Board partner models will be available across the global market from the day after, and as reported, there won’t be a Founders Edition variant.
