Miners Fully Crack NVIDIA’s LHR GPUs, Now Capable of Mining Ether with 100% Efficiency: RTX 3080 Ti Still Limits Profits to $3.4 per Day

Popular mining software NiceHash has finally cracked NVIDIA’s LHR lock. This restriction is placed on all GeForce RTX 30xx GPUs other than the RTX 3090, cutting their Ethereum hash rate by half, greatly diminishing revenue as well as efficiency. After an entire year of work from various miners, including NBMiner, and NiceHash, developers have entirely gotten rid of the nerf.

NBMiner

The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is now capable of reaching hash rates of 120 MH/s with a TGP of 281W, a hefty increase from the prior 80-85 MH/s. This still limits profits to just $3.4 per day per GPU. Furthermore, the RTX 3050 and the RTX 3080 12GB can’t be unlocked using this hack as they use a newer LHR algorithm to limit mining performance.

We are very happy to tell you that NiceHash QuickMiner (Excavator) is the first mining software that fully unlocks (100%) LHR cards!

Now you can earn more profit than any other mining software on the market if you are using LHR graphics cards with NiceHash QuickMiner. Support for NiceHash Miner is coming. This also makes it more advantageous than mining directly to a pool, since other miners are not capable of unleashing the full capacity of your hardware.

Nice Hash

Other than Nice Hash, NBMiner has also updated its Ethermining algorithm to fully overcome the LHR nerf. Both miners are now capable of running on NVIDIA’s RTX 30 series GPUs at 100% efficiency.
