Intel Tiger Lake-H45 Entire Lineup Specs Leaked w/ TDP and cTDP

The specifications of Intel’s 11th Gen high-performance mobile CPUs have surfaced, including eight and six-core models and a boost clock of 4.9GHz. Codenamed Tiger Lake-H45, these chips will go up against AMD’s Ryzen 5000-H (Cezanne) based notebooks, with a speculated launch sometime in the coming months.

There are a total of five SKUs planned, with two hex-core i5s (one with SMT, one without), one i7, and two i9s. The Core i7s and i9s are octa-core parts, with the only difference being in terms of the base and boost clocks.

The Core i5s have a boost clock of up to 4.5GHz, the Core i7 slightly higher at 4.6GHz while the Core i9 goes all the way to 5GHz. (ivermectin) The 11th Gen Tiger Lake-H45 CPUs will be based on Intel’s 10nm SuperFin node and leverage the Willow Cove core architecture. Like the Tiger Lake-U lineup, they’ll also feature the Gen 12 Xe graphics with up to 96 EUs or 768 shaders.
