Intel Core i9-13900K QS Beats the Ryzen 9 5950X by 40% in MT, Over 50% Faster in ST Workloads [CPU-Z Leak]

A CPU-Z benchmark of the Core i9-13900K (Qualification Sample this time) has surfaced, boasting a lead of nearly 40% over the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X. The final retail SKU should perform very close to this unit with a boost clock of around 5.5GHz for the fastest cores. This leak from the Chiphell forums (via: HXL) shows the 13900K scoring an impressive 16,464 points in the CPU-Z benchmark multi-threaded benchmark and a satisfactory 892 points in the single-threaded test:

This puts the Core i9-13900K approximately 40% ahead of the Ryzen 5000 flagship and a bit over 40% over its predecessor. In the single-threaded benchmark, the Core i9-13900K is ahead of pretty much everything else, beating the Core i9-12900K by roughly 10% and the Ryzen 9 5950X by over 35%. This is an excellent score for a refreshed generation, and considering the increased core count over the rival Ryzen 7000 offerings should serve Intel quite well.
