Another Canadian retailer has listed the prices of Intel’s 13th Gen Raptor Lake-S desktop processors, and despite being early (usually over the top) figures seem quite reasonable. The Core i9-13900K featuring 24 cores (8P + 16E) has been listed for $940 CAD which amounts to a bit over $700 in USD. The 12th Gen i9-12900K debuted for approximately $600 last year. Therefore, factoring in the pre-order premium, we’re likely looking at a price of $625-650 for the 13900K.
The Core i9-13900K will double the E-core count over its predecessor, improving the multi-core performance by 30-40%. The single-threaded performance should also be a mild upgrade courtesy of the additional cache and higher boost clocks.

Moving to the 13900KF, we’re once again looking at a delta of $100 between the two generations. The Core i9-12900KF launched with a sticker price of $674. The Core i7-12700K, meanwhile, debuted at $409, almost exactly $100 below the Core i7-13700K pre-order. The final retail price should be somewhere around $425-450.
The more affordable Core i5-13600K has been priced at $355 by the Canadian retailer, exactly $66 more than the 12600K. Once again, the street price shouldn’t be much higher than $300. Finally, we have the 13600KF which should arrive with an asking price of $279. The back-order lists the SKU at $326 while the 12600KF can be had for $264.
