Intel 13th Gen CPU Pre-Orders Go Live: Up to 12% Higher than Official Prices

Intel’s 13th Gen Core processors are finally up for pre-order, just as the AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs have hit the retail market. Unfortunately, these chips are priced moderately over their official MSRPs, as predicted by various sources over the past month. The Core i9-13900K (24-cores), which has a sticker price of $589, is going for $659.99 on Newegg. That’s a 12% markup over the official pricing:

The Core i7-13700K is priced at $449, a notable $40 higher than its MSRP of $409. The 13700KF is also going for $429.99, $45.99 more than the promised figure of $384. Finally, the Core i5-13600K and 13600KF can be pre-ordered for $329.99 and $309.99, respectively. That’s a moderate $10 higher than their base prices.
