Cyberpunk 2077 Coming to the Nintendo Switch (Update)

(Update: Sorry folks, turns out this was a satire post.)

Cyberpunk 2077 director, Adam Badowski announced in a press conference this morning that the game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch very soon. According to the CDPR exec, the game will be “Totally Optimized” and feature “Super next-gen graphics, high definition particles” as well as ray-tracing.

Uhhhh yeah, we’re gonna put Cyberpunk on the Switch so [suppressed giggle] make sure to charge up those joy-cons. It’s gonna be TOTALLY optimized too. Super next-gen graphics, high definition particles… oh yeah, and ray tracing! Oh my god, it’s gonna have ray tracing! I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I can’t do it! Oh my god, Cyberpunk on the Switch, holy shit dude

Considering how the game runs on the PS4 and Xbox One, I’m honestly not sure if this is a joke or not, but yeah, he seemed quite serious. The mobile port of the game is slated to launch by the end of January. It’ll be interesting to see the port holds up especially with ray-tracing and all those next-gen graphics effects.
