Digital Foundry published their analysis on the latest entry in the barcoded assassin’s game on YouTube and confirmed therein that it runs at a native 4K resolution on the Xbox Series X.
Meanwhile, the PlayStation 5 manages to run it at 1800p falling short of the native 4K mark. The Xbox Series S, also a next-gen console in their confusingly named lineup, manages a 1080p.
This resolution is the only real difference between the three current-gen versions of Hitman 3 as it delivers a solid 60 FPS on all three. IOI have done a good job in the technical department of the game, of note being the revamped compression technology bringing the size of the game down to 60-70 GB from the enormity of Hitman 2’s 150 GB.

Old-gen consoles on the other hand can’t boast the same and only the PS5 Pro can run it at 60 FPS in 1080p.
Hitman 3 is now available on PC (Epic Store) and consoles globally.
