According to images posted on the Chiphell forums, it looks like AMD’s Ryzen 5000 mobile processors will lack PCIe 4.0 support, and like their predecessors, be limited to 24 PCIe 3.0 lanes (8 for discrete graphics). As you can see in the images below, the AM4 variant of Cezanne comes with 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes for external graphics, rather than the newer Gen 4.

In terms of performance, the Cezanne APUs perform in line with the Ryzen 5000 CPUs, with the supposed Ryzen 7 PRO 5700G featuring a boost clock of 4.8GHz. The inclusion of the Zen 3 cores provides a healthy boost over Renoir and Intel’s Skylake-based offerings.
