AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT Reportedly Faster than NVIDIA RTX 3080 w/ >2.5GHz Boost Clock

AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 series is just days away from being unveiled, and we’ve started seeing a fair number of leaks pertaining to the specifications of the new cards. As per a reputed source, board partner RX 6800 XTs feature a boost clock higher than 2.5GHz, with an average “game clock of 2. (onlinepharmacyreviews.net) 3-2.4GHz. The card tested here is the ASUS ROG RX 6800 XT Strix, one of the higher-end factory OC models.

The Radeon RX 6800 XT is expected to battle it out with the GeForce RTX 3080 at 1440p and 4K. Although the latter is expected to feature better ray-tracing capabilities, along with DLSS 2.0, Big Navi is supposedly to be slightly faster in pure raster workloads and cost less as well.

As per RGT, AMD will showcase the performance of the Radeon RX 6800 XT across ten titles, with Big Navi winning in 5, leveling in 2, and the RTX 3080 winning in the remaining three.

Although we can’t confirm the validity of the above leak, it’s reasonable considering the leaked 3DMark benchmarks we’ve already seen.
