AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Reportedly Faster than the RTX 3070 in Most Games

As per data obtained by WCCFTech, AMD’s Radeon RX 6700 XT is highly competitive against its nearly rival, the GeForce RTX 3070. As you can see in the below graphs, the two cards trade blows at 1440p, with the RX 6700 XT registering roughly the same number of wins as losses.

Unsurprisingly, the situation in ray-traced titles is dire for the new RDNA 2 GPU, with the RTX 3060 Ti and 3070 both being a notch faster at 1080p even without the use of DLSS.

Like all pre-review benchmarks, it’s recommended to take these with a hint of salt. The RX 6700 XT is set to launch on the 18th of March, with reviews expected to land a day before.
