The GPU IDs of the entire Navi 2x lineup have been reportedly finalized. There will be three RDNA 2 based dies, namely:
- Navi 21: gfx1030
- Navi 22: gfx1031
- Navi 23: gfx1032
Out of these three, the full-fledged Navi 21 die will likely form the Big Navi GPU we’ve all been waiting for so eagerly. Navi 22 will succeed Navi 10, forming the Radeon RX 6700 XT|6700 series while Navi 23 ought to be used in the RX 6500 XT. Earlier we had heard reports that the Navi 10 die will be refreshed for use in the lower-end RX 6000 GPUs. I’m not sure whether they will form the RX 5300/5400/5200 lineup or simply the RX 6500 XT. In that scenario, one of the three dies will likely be for Apple’s next-gen MacBook Pro, basically the successor to the Navi 12.
A couple of Navi based APUs have been spotted as well. These are Van Gogh and Van Gogh Lite. It’s not clear where these parts will slot in, but we most likely won’t see them on the AM4 platform:
- Van Gogh: gfx1033
- Van Gogh Lite: gfx1040
