The latest version of AMD’s Radeon Software Adrenalin ver. 21.9.1 is out, bringing with it a bunch of useful features and optimizations. The one I find most interesting is the Auto-overclocking feature which allows gamers to overclock both their Ryzen CPU and Radeon GPU with a single click. In addition to this, Radeon Software now officially supports Windows 11. Furthermore, Re-Bar (SAM) is now supported on the Radeon RX 5000 series graphics cards as well in tandem with Ryzen 5000/3000 series CPUs:
- Auto Overclocking for AMD-Powered Desktop PCs
Gamers who have a PC powered by the latest AMD Ryzen™ 5000 series processor and AMD Radeon™ 6000 series graphics card can now take advantage of a new, simple to use, auto overclocking feature found in AMD Radeon Software. Beginning with the latest version of Radeon Software Adrenalin ver. 21.9.1, gamers can get a boost in performance with just a simple click of a button.
To access this easy-to-use feature, open up Radeon™ Software using the hotkey ‘ALT’ + ‘R’, navigate to the ‘Performance’ tab found at the top of the window, and select ‘Tuning’ in the sub-tab directly below it.
- Radeon Software Support for Microsoft Windows 11: The new Windows 11 driver from AMD brings optimizations and features like Radeon Boost, Radeon Anti-Lag and Radeon Image Sharpening to improve performance, reduce latency and enhance visuals on Windows 11 PCs.
- AMD Smart Access Memory now supported on Radeon RX 5000 Series Graphics Cards: Re-Bar is now available when pairing Radeon RX 5000 Series graphics cards with AMD Ryzen 5000 or select Ryzen 3000 Series Desktop Processors and AMD 500-series motherboards.
In addition to this, AMD has continued collaborating with partners to increase the number of titles supporting AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR). The spatial upscaling tech is now available in 27 titles including:

DEATHLOOP which is slated to roll out tomorrow will be the latest FSR integrated title. In the coming weeks, World War Z: Aftermath, JX3, F1® 2021, and No Man’s Sky are also expected to add FSR support for over 100 AMD processors and GPUs and GeForce/Intel products.
