AMD Continues to Lead in the Russian CPU Market: Core i3-10100F Most Popular Intel SKU in March

AMD continued to dominate the CPU market in Russia for the (insert large number) continuous month. The 3rd Gen Ryzen 5 3600 was once again the most popular processor in the Russian Federation, with a market share of 9.3% (down from 9.7% in Feb), followed by the Ryzen 5 5600X which held a share of 8.0% (up from 7.6% in Feb). The Ryzen 7 5800X had an excellent month, coming in third with a share of 7.1% (up from just 5% in Feb) and dislodging Intel’s budget-grade Core i5-10400F

Intel’s most popular CPU in March was the quad-core i3-10100F (possibly due to the absence of the Ryzen 3 3300X) with a market share of 4.7%. That’s up from 4.2% the previous month. The Core i5-10400F dropped from the third position to the fifth, with a share of 4.4% (down from 5.9%). Following these, we’ve got the Ryzen 5 2600 still in the top ten and the Core i9-10850K whose price makes it a compelling product. Other notable mentions include the Ryzen 5 3400G and the Core i7-10700K with a 2.9% and 2.7% share, respectively. Interestingly, the Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G which launched as an OEM-only chip also makes it to the list of most popular CPUs, right alongside the Core i5-10400 and the Ryzen 9 5950X.
