AMD Chiplet Based CPU Reportedly Spotted in AotS Benchmark

Just a few months after the launch of AMD’s 2nd Gen “Big Navi” graphics cards, leaks have started surfacing about RTG’s next-gen products. This particular product codenamed “Nashira Point” has been spotted in various databases including USB certification as well as the Ashes of the Singularity benchmark.

In the latter, the GPU was named Nashira Summit and appears to be a dual-GPU. It was paired with a Ryzen 5 3600X and 32GB of DDR4 memory. Considering the lack of multi-GPU products in recent years, certain users have indicated that this could be AMD’s RDNA 3 based MCM (Chiplet) based design.

At this point, it’s too early to be sure. It could simply be a prototype to test the performance of MCM based GPU or something in between. Regardless, we’ll keep you posted.
