All AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs Now on Discount: $125 Off on the 16 Core Ryzen 7 7950X

AMD’s entire Ryzen 7000 family is now on sale across retailers for the first time. The 16-core Ryzen 9 7950X is now cheaper by $125 with a market price of $573, a sizable discount of 17% for a next-gen flagship. Although slower than the Core i9-13900K in gaming workloads, it holds its own in content creation and compute-intensive applications:

For the less ambitious, the Ryzen 9 7900X is an excellent option. The 12-core chip is going for $473 on Newegg, a healthy discount of $75 or 13% off its $549 MSRP. Both the Ryzen 9 SKUs have a TDP of 170W and should be paired with a high-end AIO cooler for best results, irrespective of the following:

The Ryzen 7 7700X and Ryzen 5 7600X are 105W SKUs with 8 and 6 cores, respectively. Both get a $50 price-cut, and we recommend buying them as part of a handle for maximum savings.

At the moment, Newegg and Amazon are offering Black Friday offers on the Ryzen 7000 CPUs, while Microcenter and BestBuy are still holding out. Intel’s 13th Gen CPUs are yet to get substantial discounts and, for the first time, are pricier than their AMD counterparts.
