The Lenovo Legion Y740 17-inch gaming laptop with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q GPU and a 9th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU is currently on sale for $1899.99 on Newegg.
It’s not a 10th Gen CPU sure, but for the price you’ll be getting some extremely capable gaming hardware, enough to run most upcoming games at the highest settings. The RTX 2080, Max-Q or not, is top-of-the-line after all.
The Legion’s 10th Gen Intel CPU and RTX Super GPU refresh will be out later this -month, though for the current price this is a better choice, unless you’re okay with shelling out more cash.
For under $2000 you get a 1080p, 144 Hz G-Sync display, 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, stuffed into a 0.9-inch thick shell.
